Dynamic Checklist¶
A process support with automatic and manual actions to make Lime CRM users working day easier. Users can with ease create checklists, which can range from a simple flow to a complex tree structure with branching checklist items. Embedd the dynamic checklist any desired limetype, such as helpdesk or deal, or even both?
Features¶
Create dynamic checklists in the template builder to support Lime CRM users in their daily work. A checklist belongs to a template property ID, such as a certain helpdesktype or dealtype. Works in the Lime CRM Web Client and in the Lime CRM Desktop Client, which means if you check a box in the webclient, the same box will be checked in desktop.
Choose your limetype(s)¶
A checklist can be configured to be used on any limetype(s). Typically used on helpdesk tickets or deals to support more complex processes, but can be used anywhere, on how many limetypes you need.
Branches¶
The checklist support branches. This means that the user can take different paths in process depending on the choices they make. This is then visulised in the checklist template builder with a tree structure. Examples of branching questions could be:

A checklist item can have several branches/alternatives.
Automatic and manual actions¶
A checklist item can be configured to have several actions when checked. Actions can be both automatic and manual. Actions currently supported:
- Execute custom endpoint
- Create document from template (Desktop only)
- Send email from template (Desktop only)
- Execute VBA (Desktop only)
- Run a Webclient Action (Webclient only)
- Open external link
- Set relation field(s)
- Set date field to now
- Set option field(s)
- Force user to write a note
- Set deadline on checklist items
